I’m extremely picky with Chinese food and this is some of the best tasting and well made Chinese food I’ve had in the East Coast! The tofu skin dishes are amazing! Great flavor and great portions!

Delicious food and great service. I strongly recommend that everyone come here to experience it. You won't be disappointed! Of course, my favorite is still the scallion bubble pancakes.

The service was quick and our server was very attentive. The flavors of the entrees we got were amazing. It’s reminiscent of the flavor profiles of a Chinese food we get in New York.

Love, love, love this place, been coming for years!!! All time favorites are the flounder cabbage soup and the pan seared pork dumpling. NEW favorite is szechuan chicken. Staff is amazing.

Closer to traditional Chinese which we appreciate. The wontons in hot chili oil, the crispy fried pork belly with just a touch of numbing spice. The balloon bread is entertaining as well as delicious. The service is prompt and always friendly. We had a great relaxing meal and leaving full. We will return again. Thank you Peter Chang!

I’m extremely picky with Chinese food as I’m Chinese from California! This is some of the best tasting and well made Chinese food I’ve had in the East Coast! The tofu skin dishes are amazing! Great flavor and great portions! Visiting friends and I told them how picky I am with Chinese food and they said I would not be disappointed and they were right! The hot sauce is made in house and I knew instantly when I tasted it. Super tasty! Service was great! Our server was very attentive and made sure we knew what we were ordering. I would highly recommend!

Stopped by for a lunch on a Friday afternoon with my friend. The service was quick and our server was very attentive. We were in and out in less than an hour. The flavors of the entrees we got were amazing. It’s reminiscent of the flavor profiles of a Chinese food we get in New York City china town. We had the Basil Eggplant in hot pot with chicken, Stir fried Flat Rice noodle with beef and the bubble pancakes.

For some of the best Chinese food in the area, give Peter Chang a try. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We're vegetarian and there are several delicious meals and appetizers from which to choose. My husbands likes the mushroom dish while I go for mixed vegetables with tofu. Both dishes are served over an open flame dish holder ( for lack of a better word) which keeps the food hot. Portions are generous so be prepared to have a second or even a third meal with the take home leftovers. Don't miss out on the tofu skins which are served cold and oh so tasty.

It's regrettably been a while since my last visit but I was quickly reminded of the fresh & delicious flavors of Peter Chang's!! I enjoyed the Wonton Soup & Hot and Sour soup. Really enjoyed the Salt & Pepper Calamari and the Minced Chicken Lettuce Wraps! Highly recommend a visit!

Best Chinese restaurant in Virginia Beach! Amazing staff and great authentic food. Every time we go its delicious and a great experience. You won’t be disappointed unless the only kind of Chinese food you like is American fast food style Chinese food.

We started with the crispy pork belly. So good! Battered and deep fried. Love it. The main course was the sweet and sour red snapper. We ordered the 2 pound. It was amazing. Hardly any bones and so good. Not too sweet or sour. So Authentic and the beef was so good as well. Almost like Mongolian beef. It was so tender and tasty. The beef is number 51 on the menu. Overall the restaurant is amazing. They also serve dim sum.

This was our first time eating here and it was amazing. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was gorgeous. We are definitely planning on coming back and bringing a lot more people with us.

Peter Chang in Virginia Beach is the very best Chinese restaurant in Hampton Roads. The manager Kelvin and his staff all do a fantastic job. The wonton soup, dry fried eggplant and spicy chicken and vegetables are all outstanding. You won’t be disappointed.

This is truly the only Chinese restaurant I will eat at. I’ve been a customer since they first opened. Everything I have had is good. From the melt in your mouth won ton soup to the perfectly made shrimp fried rice.

This was our first visit to Peter Chang in VAB. However, we've been to and have enjoyed Peter Chang in RVA; so this review is bacled by more than this one visit. We had all three of our favorites today: Bamboo Fish, Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles with Beef, and Three Peppers with Chicken. Wonderful service - friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. If you like Szechuan cuisine, you cannot beat Peter Chang - in Virginia Beach, Richmond, or northern Virginia.

Really good food with large plates perfect for sharing with a group!

I cannot speak enough of the food! We have had a lot of Chinese food, even from NYC and this place definitely secures a solid place in my top 5 of all time! We tried the seafood in a stone pot and the soy skins with Napa Cabbage! Both melt in your mouth! Absolutely delicious!

We celebrated my husband's birthday at this restaurant and had a great time as a family. The food and service were excellent.

Food was excellent, well made. Not your typical Chinese American food, though they did have that as well. More traditional Chinese dishes.

Good food. I’ve never had anything bad here. I highly recommend this restaurant.
